YOGA THERAPY

Yoga Therapy sessions are geared towards nurturing women who are trapped in a state of imbalance, where they find themselves swinging in and out of high stressed states due to trauma responses in their body. Yoga Therapy sessions may be private or group, depending on client needs and program availability.

Private Yoga Therapy Sessions

Private sessions are booked after a discovery call, where we can share goals and intentions for our work together. This is the starting place that provides the navigation for your sessions. 

Group Yoga Therapy Sessions

The Sacral Temple Trauma Therapy program is for survivors of sexual abuse and other traumas to the Sacral Chakra. The program is delivered over 3 specific stages: Reclaim the Temple, Transform the Temple, and Exult the Temple. Reclaim the Temple is the first stage of the program, and is available primarily in group sessions.

Each stage of the program consists of an initial private 15-30-minute discovery call; 6 - 150 minute group sessions; plus, a private 60-minute follow up session to discuss next steps and to experience one final private Somatic Thai Massage session.
