We're doing it again! We brought Michelle down in 2019 for an amazing opportunity to study with her and her unique blend of belly dance and hip hop, and we all had moments of laughter and sheer bliss. You won't want to miss this 3 hour workshop!
Michelle will lead us through technique and stylizations that are effortlessly blended with our belly dance basics, to create movement that is energizing for both our body and mind. Learn 8 gentle somatic exercises that focus on the slow, mindful contraction and release of muscle groups. These exercises are designed to reset high resting muscle tension that contributes to the physical symptoms of stress—like chronic pain, tightness, fatigue, and nervous system dysregulation.
In addition to movement, you’ll also learn about your body’s natural stress cycle—what it is, how it works, and how to move through it—so you can better understand what your body truly needs to come back into balance.

Session is delivered on the massage table, with a series of face up and face down protocol. Your appointment will include craniosacral therapy, marma therapy, Somatic EMDR, breathwork, polyvagal work, and more.

A blend of Thai Yoga Massage and Craniosacral Therapy, this massage is for any person who experiences chronic discomfort in lower back, hips, legs; any person who experiences daily tension and stress, feelings of overwhelm, depression. This service offers lengthening and mobilization of lower body including lower back, hips and SI joint, legs including knees, ankles, and feet. Support for the nervous system through craniosacral therapy and breathwork.
